A short email, planned monthly, about new and updated programs and seasonal reminders (for example winter loan closets filling up, or programs that pause donations).

Implementation note (not shown to readers elsewhere): there is no backend yet. Before this form goes live, a mailing service must be chosen and set up by the owner, with a privacy page update that names that service.
